We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name where provided, and whatever you write in the message field. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp we hold that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we record standard technical data through analytics: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and time spent on the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Enquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site needs improvement.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may email you about your enquiry or project. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without asking first, and any marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe option that works.
This website uses cookies for two purposes: essential cookies that make the site function, and analytics cookies that tell us how the site is being used. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Where advertising campaigns are running, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may also set cookies to measure conversions.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Client project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the platform's own retention settings.
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry submissions are transmitted encrypted. We restrict access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
