Website Redesign That Improves Experience, Trust and Conversions

Outdated design, confusing navigation, weak mobile experience or poor calls to action can quietly reduce enquiries for years.

Is Your Website Holding Your Business Back?

The symptoms are consistent: visitors arrive but do not enquire, the site is awkward on a phone, and updating anything means calling someone. A redesign starts by diagnosing which of these is actually costing you.

Redesign Around Real User Needs

We review structure, content hierarchy, navigation, visual presentation and conversion paths against what your visitors are actually trying to do.

Modern Design Without Losing SEO

This is where most redesigns go wrong. We plan redirects, preserve valuable URLs where possible and improve the content and technical foundations, so rankings survive the move.

From Old Website to Better Business Asset

The outcome is a clearer, faster and more credible digital experience that your team can maintain.

How a build runs

Stage 01

Scope

We map the pages, features and content you need, then send a written scope and a fixed quote. Nothing starts until you approve both.

Stage 02

Design

You see the homepage and one inner page as a finished design before any code is written. Two rounds of revisions are included here.

Stage 03

Build

Development, content loading, admin panel, forms and integrations, tested on real phones and browsers rather than a desktop preview.

Stage 04

Launch

We go live with Search Console, analytics and conversion tracking connected, then stay on hand for 30 days of post-launch support.

Before you enquire

How much does a website cost?

Cost depends on the number of pages, the features you need and how much content has to be produced. We send a fixed, written quote after a short scoping call, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

How long does a project take?

A standard business website usually runs four to six weeks from approved scope to launch. Larger builds with ecommerce, custom modules or heavy content migration take longer, and we give you a stage-by-stage schedule up front.

Who writes the content and supplies images?

You can send your own copy and photographs, or we can write the content and arrange a photo shoot. Waiting on content is the single most common cause of delay, so we agree who supplies what before the build starts.

What technology do you build on?

We choose the stack around the project rather than forcing every client onto one platform: custom PHP where you need specific functionality, WordPress where your team wants to publish independently, and a dedicated ecommerce platform where you are selling online.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds of design revisions are included at the design stage, before development begins. Changes after that are quoted separately, which is why we get the design signed off first.

Do I own the website, domain and hosting?

Yes. The domain, hosting account, source code and admin access are registered in your name from day one. If you ever move to another agency, everything goes with you.

What happens after launch?

Every site comes with 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and adjustments. After that you can take an optional maintenance plan covering updates, backups, security patches and small content changes.
