The terms that apply to using this website and to engagements with Grinix Digitals. Last updated September 2026.
The content on grinixdigitals.com is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or completely up to date. Pricing indications, timelines and capability descriptions on this site are illustrative and do not constitute an offer.
Work begins from a written scope and quote that you approve. The quote covers what is listed in the scope. Anything not listed is out of scope and will be quoted separately before it is done — we will not add it silently and bill for it later.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, project work is invoiced in stages, with an advance payable before work starts and the balance due before launch or handover. Retainer work such as SEO, social media and campaign management is invoiced monthly in advance.
Applicable taxes are added as required. Work may be paused on overdue invoices after written notice.
Projects depend on content, feedback and approvals from you. Waiting on these is the most common cause of delay. Where material is outstanding beyond an agreed date, timelines shift accordingly.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you supply — text, images, logos, documents — is accurate and that you hold the rights to use it. We rely on that assurance.
Two rounds of design revisions are included at the design stage, before development begins. Changes requested after design sign-off, or after development has started, are quoted separately. This is why we ask for the design to be reviewed properly rather than quickly.
Timelines given in a scope are estimates made in good faith and assume timely feedback and content from you. We will tell you promptly if something is going to slip and why.
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website — the custom code, design files and content we produced for you — passes to you. The domain and hosting account are registered in your name from the start.
Third-party components retain their own licences: themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts and platform subscriptions remain subject to the terms of their providers. Where a licence is annual, renewal is your responsibility unless we are managing it under a maintenance agreement.
We retain the right to describe the work and display it in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support covering fixes and adjustments to delivered work. This does not cover new features, new pages or changes arising from your own edits.
Ongoing maintenance — updates, backups, security patches, small content changes — is available as a separate plan.
Search and advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including competitor activity, platform algorithm changes and your own market. We commit to the agreed work, the agreed reporting and professional judgement. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or lead numbers, and you should treat any agency that does with caution.
Project work cancelled after it has started is billable for work completed to that point. Retainer engagements can be ended by either party with 30 days' written notice. On termination we hand over the work completed and the access credentials in your name.
Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
